This is an innovative company that is open to hearing ideas because they care. I am impressed with their integrity and with the depth and quality in everything that they do. From the 1st day I walked into the office 8 months ago I was welcomed and offered support. There is a true team approach and I am always learning new things. The various departments communicate well and work together to get things done. This is a great place to work if you are willing to work hard and be a team player.

No cons. You just need to work hard and be flexible.

There are a few great managers that are helpful and caring. Most engineering positions are remote.

Project Management needs work. Employees are overworked. Work Life Balance is terrible.
