Pros
SHINE Systems is a truly supportive and caring company to work for. I have never been a part of an organization which has done so much for its employees. SHINE’s leadership has always had my back and rewarded loyalty with loyalty. I am certain my latest career opportunity is a direct result of experience SHINE has given me and the countless ways they have enabled me to grow. Over the years, I have developed many professional and personal relationships both within the company and as a result of my work on behalf of the company. SHINE’s success is a direct result of the quality of individual they employ and surround themselves with.
Cons
SHINE contractors spend a most all of their time on customer sites. As such, much of the day to day interaction is with customer leadership which can lead to ambiguity over where guidance is supposed to come from. Ultimately this is personality driven and pretty common in contracting, but can lead to employees feeling overwhelmed or empowered. ( this isn't really bad, but something that should be considered)
