There are many many things wrong with Shin. First of all, they work you till death and don't pay you enough. They pay you barely minimum wage but expect you to work like six figure salary job pay. The patients that comes are mainly Korean who expects you to treat them like royals and the managements are only on patients side. They never back up their own employ, always saying customers are kings and expect their own employees to slave to their needs. Workload is absolutely ridiculous and fast paced environment that are hostile especially to the employee.
