Pros
Great office and some of the kindest employees around. Great company if you're looking for a stepping stone. There are a lot of perks to working here beyond pay and employee benefits. You will definitely learn a lot and will learn it fast.
Cons
There is little to no room for advancement and employee turnover is high. The majority of employees don't stay with the company longer than 3 years. Any opinions that differ from or challenge the status quo are highly frowned upon. Any idea that doesn't come from the top is almost always dismissed as a bad idea. Often uses corporate buzzwords as smoke and mirrors when talking with clients.
