- good, professional relationship with direct Line Managers - support from Managers, in case of escalations or emergencies - reasonable expectations from colleagues, with regards to IT Support - opportunities to travel abroad, to support IT Projects, for existing and new offices, and get to meet colleagues, from across EMEA offices - remote support for users is not frown upon - hybrid and flexible working
Cons
- some demanding "users", sometimes - some "users" don't follow correct ITIL processes and approach IT Support directly via chat or in person - last minute requests for onboarding, sometimes - lacking of opportunities to grow within own field of expertise
