The system is so corporate and international that there is a huge dissonance between what they do in asia as opposed to here. Also, they promise things like bonuses, promotions, but WONT FOLLOW THROUGH. Management sits on their ivory towers and can't be touched. Personnel management is terrible. Also, they spend millions on BS, flaunt it, and then will decrease the budget going towards the employees and promotions etc.
