      Easy job. No governance. Like to spend money to over hire. Many people do 1 job

      Cons

      implement 5 days workweek in order to start cost cutting. Do not want to pay retrenchment benefits. Have someone who walk around the office with a pen and paper to mark attendance.

      Great pay. Free weekly lunches for salary. Lots of swag. Volunteer ops.

      Cons

      Chinese are fully taking over. For every quit/term an “intern” is replacing them. They treat associates like slaves.
