      Pros

      Caring staff, great clothes, excellent commission plan. The management at SHE was always fun and full of energy.

      Cons

      I didn't experience any negatives. The commission structure was excellent. I guess the driving could get old but that's all I could think of

      I like the place I am working at, the people, the city, my salary, and the way they treat me

      It is very har to stand a very hot weather like anywhere in Texas. It is very difficult but doable at the same time for a better future

      Pros

      The benefit was GREAT but hard work also matters.

      Cons

      You have to be ready at all time. Though the layoff was not a good thing but I believe the job was not meant for me because I have always wanted an office job.
