Pros
Company preaches values and inclusion and “doing the right thing”. They use all the buzzwords to come across as a great place to work.
Cons
They do not practice what they preach. Mgmt is extremely toxic and biased. One narcissistic member of mgmt literally applauded himself in front of 500+ employees on a company wide zoom mtg for forcing them to return to office 3 days a week after being primarily WFH for FOUR years. While staff was upset and frantically trying to rearrange personal lives to accommodate the change, he smugly congratulated himself. The reason for the return to office was for collaboration purposes but if you work in operations you’re hammered about production and don’t have time or reason to collaborate. HR used to be caring and compassionate but now cares more about company image than people. Mgmt has free rein to terrorize, belittle, ostracize and outright lie to your face all while still smiling. If you want to “play the game” you’ll probably enjoy it but if you’re not willing to kiss some rear, your life will be miserable. Save yourself from this nightmare and work somewhere else.
