      Pros

      Friendly working environment, knowledgeable co-workers, supportive HR. Perks included gym membership, free coffee and being within walking distance of Bracknell town centre (some might consider that a 'con'!).

      Cons

      Projects were almost all assigned from parent company in Japan, and there was little opportunity to influence designs. Latterly, such projects were hard to come by, so there wasn't much to do.

      Pros

      They are extremely flexible and offer very good benefits.

      Cons

      A lot of busy meetings every day that can be redundant. (I had to put something here...really this is the same everywhere I think)
