Pros

I've had a great experience working at SHADOW. One of the standout perks is the flexibility—working from home most of the time is a huge benefit, especially since many other agencies don’t offer this level of remote work and I really do think it helps with the usual agency turnover. The company is also supportive of internal mobility, allowing employees to explore different divisions based on their interests/strengths. There is a clear and transparent performance review structure, making it easy to understand the promotion schedule and expectations at each job level. For those who enjoy team-building, there are always events and initiatives to participate in, but there's no pressure to do so. The benefits are also a major plus—unlimited sick days, designated mental health days, and extended time off for summer holidays create a supportive and balanced work environment. Summer Fridays are truly respected, which makes a big difference in overall work-life balance. Overall, this is a great place to grow, with leadership that values both professional development and employee well-being.

Cons

PR is an always-on industry so that is important to keep in mind!

Pros

- The agency works with top brands across beauty, tech, retail, beverage, and more, which means there are some truly incredible opportunities if you’re ready to work hard and care about the craft. I was able to work on my dream clients and campaigns, moments the world saw and felt really exciting to be a part of. - The agency is made up of insanely smart, savy, dedicated, creative people who are not afraid to go against the grain. I was able to learn a lot by just being around them on how to push ideas further, manage teams, and think about culture, media, and storytelling in a new way. - The agency's pace and variety of projects/clients gives you the chance to work on things you might never expect, which helped me grow quickly and gain experience across multiple areas like team management, creative, and media.

Cons

Like many fast-moving agencies, there were occasional busy periods that required some extra time to keep projects moving forward.
