The company has no clue what different roles require. So even if u have 1 year experience and there’s no one in the key role, u probably can be the key role anyways
Cons
- CEO pays himself big cheque and squeeze others in salary, especially his poor long time employees.
- CEO does not give bonus at all. Not even 13 month.
- management no clue what they are doing. Probably trying to swindle money from investors by painting nice picture but not spend any of it on employees, workplace or product
- micromanagement by people with no fintech background
- sly management and treats employees poorly
- no work life balance or trust
- actually the ceo and his “buddies” as c suites are all quite dumb - financially, business wise, management wise etc. Sometimes I question my own IQ when I need to stoop down to talk to them. They are like ahbengs selling handphones but feel like they are a notch above the rest.
