      * Great product set and vision set by the company. * All subsidiary business units have a fantastic product and service offering.

      Cons

      * Poor leadership in Asia Pacific * Executive management is bullish * Constant chop and change of direction * Culture and values and not adhered to from top down approach * Employees are not valued - overworked and underpaid. No work life balance.

      Great work environment, management is amazing, everyone here is super nice and work life balance is super ideal. Its great for getting experience for someone looking to get into the project management or design field!

      Cons

      no benefits as a contractor, room for growth is very limited.
