Very good training and very helpful

Always swamped with work all the time

Probably high salary if you negotiated it. Trust me do it. The pay will eventually not be enough for the stress and overwork. Great for newbies as they get thrown to the fire and get hands on, pretty much everything but the electrical department manager doesn't know how to manage properly or actually distribute work let alone work with clients and engineers.

Last mintue projects because they can't seem to handle project management. You will be overworked silently. Never asked to stay although he might one day as a joke. But but just as given o workload. You will be doing last mintue projects and always trying to catch up.
