Pros
The company is full of a diverse group (various nationalities, gender, color) and this from my understanding is intentional in that the company believes engineering, and all other fields, belongs to everyone, not just a select few. Most positions seem to be relatively laid back (mostly everyone leaves after 5 pm and you don't have to stick around working a ton of OT if you don't want to, so it seems the company manages projects well in this sense).
Cons
The pay is great, but it could be a little higher (couple thousand), given what the industry in the area tends to pay. The company grants 3 sick days per year and I would like to see this increased to at least 5.
