      Pros

      + Great people, relaxed environment + Fantastic and friendly management + Great work/life balance + Varied range of clients and work + Great location, right by train station + Very flexible work environment + Have received a fantastic amount of talented help which has shaped who I am as a developer

      Cons

      - Has a tendency to silo knowledge on 4 or 5 specific people - Quite a lot of work is on old technology like .NET 2.0 - Agile hasn't been managed very well compared to other companies I've worked for - It is a bit of a pain working with staff in India as a result of poor audio connection

      Thank you for your great feedback - Work/ Life balance is something SFW are very proud of by promoting it internally. We are pleased to hear this is noticeable by our valuable employees.       The people there are great.

      Cons

      If you are looking to learn or improve your skills this is not the place to do it. There are so few resources that nobody ahs time to give feedback on anything. If there is an internal issue or you need support from the higher ups they never come through. They have a tendency to tell you what you need to hear to make you feel good in the moment. It's almost like they put on a show to bamboozle you out of their office, but then nothing happens.
