      Pros

      The company been trading for a long while but most of the working practices are outdated. Employees working harder a longer than nessasary.

      Cons

      The biggest challenge I faced was having to repeat unnecessary tasks. Which could of been eliminated by changing the stock management procedure.

      I really love this place ...Since I've been here , The staff are very nice and very helpful....SFS Inc has showed me how to save money and budget my money something I never knew how to do..But now there app is wonderful and so helpful..I never done this work before and I went in and read the stuff on what to do...I went in to do with there help all the way till finish ..I love the job it fits right in with my life .So thank you spar for giving me the opportunity to work with y'all...
