Pros
Good salary, good ambiance, good communication between team, small team. The thing i appreciated is the fact that, each other could apply their own starting hours.
Cons
Sometimes, communication was quite impossible from one Business Unit to another. There were some salary disparities. Some of them were only focused on their own work, instead of helping colleagues.
