Pros
You are given a lot of chances to deal with external fund houses. It would be a good opportunity to learn a lot of stuffs as compared to big firm that is specialised to certain task. We are given opportunity to learn Bloomberg and attend conferences.
Cons
It is a small company, so you have more responsibility to do more than your job scope, which I think it is good for a new graduate to learn more. There is no flexible working hours.
