      -They're good about allowing you time off when you need it -Low stress environment -Largely independent work -Music players/ audiobooks allowed so long as work is completed

      Cons

      -Sometimes give unclear instructions -Many holidays are not paid (we had to choose to either come in on the 4th of July or take the day off with no pay)
