      Pros

      Working from home policy is very nice. No seniority at all. The onboarding process is very smooth and encouraging. The perfect place for fresh graduate to look for experience.

      Cons

      Flexible working hour might not be suitable for some. Sometimes it is difficult to communicate with teammates because of different working schedule.
