      Pros

      Amazing benefits, great mission and values, lots of variety, very faced paced and you'll never be bored. People really do want to do the right thing for the employees and public schools. The new building is amazing.

      Cons

      It is very fast moving, so if you aren't comfortable with that, it wouldn't be a great place to work.

      Pros

      The benefits for full-time employees are really good. Many of the people they hire are nice too, but the company has a retention issue.

      Cons

      This company falls short on investing in the professional development of many of its employees. Not many individuals have the opportunity to grow, and therefore, the company is continually having to search for new talent when high performers inevitably decide to leave. The company is also slow to change, and many aspects of the work environment and culture are old-fashioned. If you are looking for a dynamic or modern office, you may be better off looking elsewhere.
