      The company's mission of producing organic products is excellent for the environment.

      Cons

      Leadership is poor, and the company operates as a one-person show, with no willingness to engage with staff. Employees are not treated with dignity and respect, salaries are inadequate, and I would not recommend anyone to work for such a company.
