      - Staff are not allowed to give feedback. - Management super duper calculative. - Toxic working environment. - Cleaning up others' workload. - No recognition. - Discrimination everywhere.

      Pros

      i love what i do, so the work is easy and enjoyable for me. I am also learning a TON about my field of expertise, without being in a highly stressful environmnet

      Cons

      no comradery in the workplace; I can't shoot the shiet with the people here like i could working at abuelos mexican restauruant

      Great culture. Decent benefits. No politics. Flat hierarchy.

      There are clear cliques. Hard to assimilate if you are not Type-C. Work conversations sometimes are not in English
