Dont really have any. A few decent people work there.

Overworked and Underpaid. Don’t care to advance employees. Have to fight tooth and nail for bare minimum raises. Lots of talk and overpromising with no follow through. They do not care about their employees.

Trend of firing higher paid workers and rehiring the position at a lower rate. Owner is arrogant.
