Pros

Young Company, with young employees

Cons

worst place to work. they don't have a set policy for anything, when you learn how something is done you realize there are 5 other ways of doing the same thing and everyone will give you a different way of doing it and than tell you you are doing it wrong. be careful - DO NOT let your manger on your computer if they make a mistake they will let you take the fall. management in this company is the worst I have seen yet Melissa Strife talks bad about everyone including her boss but she will smile to your face and say you are doing a great job she has body issues so if you are pretty or fit watch out, she also like to spy on people outside of work.

Pros

This company is pretty new so there are growing pains, but it is growing rapidly, which is good for everyone. It started as a small family run business 8 years ago, which a lot of the same members work here still. Positive work environment. Potlucks & holiday parties. Entry level salary is low but there are opportunities to grow if you show success in your role. In control of your own money depending on your performance, highly revenue based. It is really all in your hands but you need to be self motivated to do well, or else you will fall behind. There are bonus opportunities. Opportunities to earn WFH days, many of the senior employee's work from home multiple days a week. Good experience learning negotiating skills, trades, systems, communication, time management, etc. There is a good 401K, and health/dental insurance. Get PTO, and acquire more the longer you stay.

Cons

The industry is tough and stressful at times. You need to learn how to manage your own stress/anxiety of managing contractors from a desk. Need to be good at communicating with people and working urgently. It is 24/7 so there is on call shifts for after-hours and weekend work that you may be required to sign up for. Clients are tough and you need to know your stuff. Will be required to be on the phones a lot, so make sure you are comfortable or can see yourself getting there. However, it is not all phones which is nice. A lot of variety in your day.
