      Great learning experiences. Company likes to promote from within so you can work your way up.

      Cons

      The pay isn't the greatest and in some circumstances, schedules aren't flexible (for group home counselors).

      Decent benefits and some opportunities to do overtime

      Cons

      No standards in the hiring process leading to extremely unqualified co-workers, lack of relevant training in regards to the actual job requirements, poor pay, consumers tend to not get their needs met, disregard for employees from middle and upper management
