Value employees, believe in promoting within, recognize talent, relaxed environment, friendly and understanding. I have enjoyed working here and management here is very laid back, understanding, but firm, professional, and about her business a workaholic always catering to everyones' needs.

At times you have bad seeds corrupting others who are not leaders but followers who could not think for themselves.

If you're okay with being flexible and on-call this position is great. At times it may seem like a ton of work is being piled on you but it's growing you and challenging you in a lot of different ways. Over the course of a year, a lot of the processes have changed and the hours have gotten a bit longer but everything else is great. This company is laid back but goal oriented. You're going to want to be well versed in problem solving and multitasking as any position in this company is fast paced. Most of the people who work here are friendly and team players. Only down size is the size of the office. Wish there was a bit more space. Other than that, this company is growing and keeps getting better over time

The office is really small and the actual desks do not get the cleaning that they should.
