Pros

If you're okay with being flexible and on-call this position is great. At times it may seem like a ton of work is being piled on you but it's growing you and challenging you in a lot of different ways. Over the course of a year, a lot of the processes have changed and the hours have gotten a bit longer but everything else is great. This company is laid back but goal oriented. You're going to want to be well versed in problem solving and multitasking as any position in this company is fast paced. Most of the people who work here are friendly and team players. Only down size is the size of the office. Wish there was a bit more space. Other than that, this company is growing and keeps getting better over time

Cons

The office is really small and the actual desks do not get the cleaning that they should.

Pros

Serpro recently overhauled their benefits package, offering affordable medical coverage, supplemental coverage such as short term disability, FSA, HSA, EAP, 401k, company paid life insurance and corporate group discounts on things such as car purchases, personal cell phone plans, restaurant gift certificates and more. Serpro is a small private company, with large company benefits, offering a family-like atmosphere in a business and professional environment. They encourage their employees to refer family and friends and provide referral bonuses for doing so, as well as promote from within, offering room for advancement.

Cons

The pay dates are semi-monthly, which may require some employees to budget more closely. With it being a smaller business, the advancement opportunities may be more limited than a larger company, however, job stability is great, benefits are great and advancement is provided as it becomes available.
