      Great in house management at the restaurant I worked at!

      High expectations from upper management for a low-level serving job seemed excessive at times.

      Pros

      The money during the spring summer and fall are all incredible. Most people go home with 400-500+ a day during May through August.

      Cons

      Off season (November- April) is very slow and hard to make $100 per shift. The management is very toxic and will cuss and scream. They have no emotional regulation skills.
