The people were a pleasure to work with. Extremely understanding and friendly. They're willing to take the time out to help you if you get stuck due to lack of experience or even if its a simple bug. You get exposed to a variety of new technology, and the company evolves and uses new tech wherever they can.
Cons
In Toronto, the office is located Downtown, 3 mins from St Andrews subway station. The company is now trying to adopt a work from home culture, but if they decide to move back in person, then commuting might be a hassle.
