Pros

Relaxed environment, flexible hours, casual dress

Cons

Unpredictable fluctuations in hours (even if you're hired full-time, expect to be asked to work less than 40 hours/week on a day's notice to save money for the management); Complete lack of long-term goals/responsibilities with repetitive lack of direction as to what duties are expected of you; Initial benefits/perks of employment are at risk of being dissolved without prior warning (i.e., company offered comprehensive health care plans to employees, which were suddenly revoked with NO notice due to inability of management to pay their portion of the cost).

Pros

Good work environment. Plenty of leads provided. Given a good amount of freedom in presentation style. Overall a good experience

Cons

Company too compartmentalized. Communication between departments extremely limited. Information on clients experiences with the programs almost non existent. Leads not very well qualified.

Pros

It's a great place to gain a lot of knowledge on pay-per-click marketing and Google AdWords. Sometimes lunch is provided.

Cons

No room for advancement, no raises, no annual employee reviews set up, no work from home days, and communication problems.
