Pros
I've been working "in industry" for about 9 years now, for a handful of different companies. Working at Sensory now for a 1/2 year (ish), I have determined this is the best job yet. The company culture is superb, pay is great, business is going well, and I am lucky to be surrounded by some of the most brilliant people that I have met. Work-life balance is understood and management is done well and reasonably. And an excellent bonus!
Cons
Although no issues now, the company is growing fast due to its success, which could lead to growing pains. Also, the benefits aren't as competitive as some other places I've worked.
