Nice place to work - Field Service Manager SEMS Employee Review

The people I work with are so nice and friendly, always willing to help and expose me to new things (as I am an intern). It's not just a workplace, it feels more like a big family. They really care about each other and everyone is valuable. No one is just a number. You feel appreciated, and that makes you want to work harder and contribute even more. I've learned a lot so far and I'm really happy about my time with SEMS so far.

Being a relatively small lean organization with a great history and reputation in the industry which stems from the experience of the senior leadership allows associates to be exposed to a broad spectrum of projects where they are given the opportunity to gain invaluable experiences while making recognizable contributions.

Due to SEMS' size, long term career growth opportunities are somewhat limited.
