The people I work with are so nice and friendly, always willing to help and expose me to new things (as I am an intern). It's not just a workplace, it feels more like a big family. They really care about each other and everyone is valuable. No one is just a number. You feel appreciated, and that makes you want to work harder and contribute even more. I've learned a lot so far and I'm really happy about my time with SEMS so far.

None that I can think of.

Almost more like a family than a business. The owner is a likeable guy who is generous to his employees. Stress-free atmosphere. It's a small business, so it might not appeal to corporate climber types, but a place where a person could be very satisfied.

Since it's not a big company, there are no big company benefits. There are no big promotions, superb health care plans, or etc.. However, there are other benefits that you can't get anywhere else.
