1. No renumeration or AWS 2. Low salary, way below market rate 3. Management is bad, often micro-manage and closed minded 4. Probation is 6 months period with 1-2 weeks notice given to you 5. Sometimes unappreciative, likes to pinpoint bad points and forget about good points 6. Very traditional SME mindset 7. Sometimes the standards they expect of you is unreasonable, like they want a super employee that can do everything and willing to accept anything they offer. 8. High turn-over rate for a small company
