      -Low hourly compensation -I pursued work with the agency with hopes to learn from senior level staff, but I didn't feel like I learned anything. My work was solo / siloed, and critiques were usually along the lines of, "Nice job, all done."

      Outstanding employees, great management, awesome location, engaging work.

      Cons

      Was not able to add any of my work to my portfolio, sometimes interns are asked to do tasks that are outside of the scope of work(Very rarely), sometimes tasks felt like busy work.
