Pros

There aren't any pros, but at least it paid my bills.

Cons

You won't make it to management unless you are "one of the boys" and can talk football with them during breaks or know somebody in HR. They waste everyone's time with allegedly "open" career opportunities. They make it very difficult if not impossible to do something else with your life at the same time you work for them. The schedules are terrible and for some reason the rotation works better for some employees than others. Vacation time takes forever to get approved. Overworked employees with a high turnaround. Some coaches were total divas and took their jobs too seriously adding unnecessary drama to a call center job. Lunch room was gross. They save a lot of money in incentives by giving you stupid things you might not even want or need like an iTunes gift card or a cava bottle. I wish I had something positive to say but there isn't. In the two years I worked for them I didn't even get a raise despite reaching my goals every month and having 100% customer satisfaction. Basically you are being micromanaged the whole time you are there and if there isn't something wrong with your work they will make something up so they can keep up making unrealistic goals for you to reach.

Pros

I had the ability to regularly communicate with the North American VP, so it was easy to communicate with him the things that I wanted and needed in order to stay content. Management is always very approachable. Some of my colleagues were very unhappy but I believe that you need to be vocal from the start about your goals and they will be clear on how much they can help you achieve them. Mgmt does try and create a good work environment and create a real team atmosphere for its employees.

Cons

Workplace politics can sometimes get in the way. Many of the positions that they offer can become dull after a few months, so it can sometimes be hard to stay motivated. They need to get better about offering growth opportunities to quality employees. In my time here, I saw a lot of very talented people come and go because they did not feel valued.
