The members and co-workers are great. Some days you can feel like you're actually doing meaningful work
Cons
Abusive bosses, ridiculous hours (70+), and you realize from the inside that the leadership making decisions do not have the workers' best interests at heart. So if you're someone who cares about the labor movement your soul will very quickly die.
