      Pros

      Good environment and Good Salary. In my case, I can manage my time without being controlled by my boss and the team is composed of good professionals.

      Cons

      There is a real disconnection between different business units and there's no one strong business strategy for the group. Some brands of the group haven't a branding strategy.
