      Pros

      The office culture at SEI is one of collaboration and openness. There is plenty of overtime available, but I never feel forced or coerced to take it. The people I work with are a tight-knit group with good interaction, and for a business with 50 employees in three cities, the ownership maintains a personal connection with every level of the firm.

      Cons

      When compared with the regional average salary, SEI is low with their compensation, and when compared with the AIA salary guide, they are low by about 20%.

      Pros

      I really like how civil and friendly all the associates are. To someone new to a corporate work place it's a great work place to be introduced to this kind of environment.

      Cons

      8-5. Pretty small issue but I'd rather work 9-5 and have to work through lunch.

      Pros

      Good partners, great location, good values, great culture.

      Cons

      Problems stay the same, people don’t receive much direction, some people need to be corrected, and reminded of their titles/ she shouldn’t be bossing people around, not letting them grow.
