      Pros

      Great entry into the video game industry and a good résumé building entry from a recognizable brand name.

      Cons

      Terrible hours (6-3 or 3-11), soul-crushing monotony, scattershot competency in team leads, and just generally an unpleasant work environment.

      Pros

      Excellent coworkers, fun games, company tries to foster a welcoming and close-knit environment.

      Cons

      Project deadlines and crushing expectations end up stifling creativity and causing burnout. HR does not tend to listen to its employees, acts too late when someone has a problem. Crunch time can be awful, demanding >10hr days and no real weekends from many employees.
