      Mostly it is a positive team that work hard and are creative thinkers

      Cons

      There is toxicity running through the business from a Board level. With the founder stepping down there is a chance it could improve as she was at the heart of it, but the greed mentality means that nothing will be good enough regardless of the good output. Avoid, as there are better agencies out there that have a much better culture and more transparency

      Pros

      - The happiest place to work in industry! - Everyone is supported, empowered and looked after by the whole of Captivate - Work life balance! - Open floor for any training you would like - Positive working environment in the office and WFH - People genuinely get on and like being around each other - MD’s main focus is culture - Safe space for sharing all your ideas and thoughts for both campaigns and the agency - Incredible clients - Dog friendly office! - 10/10 snacks and drinks - Company and Pod fun socials (not just pizza in the office!) - Company summer away day!

      Cons

      I wish I had come here as a junior as it would have been incredible for my growth and development minus a lot of industry trauma. It really didn’t have to be like that 😂
