      Pros

      The people. Its all about the people - having to work with awesome, fun, happy, smart, innovative people who care about each other. Good perks like breakfast, friday drinks, lunches etc

      Cons

      Growing in Product and IT and chasing the competition so fast its forgetting the service side. Bringing in all new management and losing the existing culture. Not promoting from an awesome pool of existing people, and giving them to opportunity to stretch. Only focusing on the revenue and dropping people and client initiatives to chase numbers.
