Pros

No one is playing behind your back. All are acting as one team with the same spirit towards success. I learned a lot of business and account management skills in this organization and the credits goes to my manager and manager's manager.

Cons

May be a little bit of manual processes that turns to have an unorganized environment however each employee or group or team can have their own system and workflow.

Pros

The frames are beautifully made and handcrafted. The store was always clean and tidy. The Doctor was incredible. The store manager and other staff member were kind and welcoming. Members of teams at other locations were kind, helpful, and professional. The hourly pay rate was around average for the area, with an additional commission based on personal sales. The patients were agreeable. The location was central to many other stores, resturants, and pharmacies. I learned a lot about optical practices. Mild opportunities for growth within the company.

Cons

There was no established HR department. An extension to full time hours was promised, but never fulfilled. There was a large lack of upper management support when the store manager had an unexpected family emergency. I had to fight to recieve my earned sick time after being told all part time employees would have PTO to use instead of sick time, and then neither was accounted for for 6 weeks.
