      Pros

      Nothing they start off acting good then decide if you fit in there little box

      Cons

      The wages are not worth it. Favoritism runs rampant in this company. If you don’t fit into their social hierarchy then you won’t last. The HR is useless along with management. If they don’t like you they definitely will set you up somehow to fail one way or another and just cut you loose.

      Pros

      Oilfield construction at it's best! Fast paced environment, long hours and good pay! Excellent support from the home office. Excellent variety of work.

      Cons

      The usual things, long hours, difficult working conditions, challenges getting the parts needed on schedule. Overall though, nothing was unmanageable and management was supportive.
