Owners do not care or listen to what hourly employees (the ones on the "front lines") have to say. They are so out of touch with the day to day operations and treat their employees like servants, sometimes ignoring them completely. Rich, entitled people who do not care about their employees. They put inexperienced people in high positions so they can get away with paying them much less than a comparable position in another restaurant. Not recommended.
