Pros

Pay, not much besides that

Cons

The company lacks a dedicated HR department, which contributes to significant challenges in workplace dynamics. Leadership is often characterized by a lack of support and respect, leading to a difficult work environment. Employees are often publicly belittled and grossly undervalued. While the company promotes a work-life balance in interviews, working 45 hours per week is “not considered enough”, suggesting otherwise. Additionally, the policy of allowing one month of remote work is undermined by restrictions related to the availability of management, particularly during their numerous vacation periods which they often neglect to let anyone know about in a timely manner. This also affects large projects when they abandon their posts during the releases critical hours and drops the load on their understaffed and overworked employees. Overall, I believe there are substantial improvements needed in leadership and employee support to foster a more positive and productive work culture.

Pros

Interesting projects and many experienced experts from a range of industries, providing quality insight into current developments.

Cons

On-boarding process was poor and work was heavily focused on Business Development projects. Consistent unstructured work environment, strong political agendas in the office and lack of transparency about decision-making. Toxic behaviour is tolerated for the sake of business.
