+ You deal with a big amount of technology related with cars + You have a good timetable because it´s from 8 h. to 16 h. + You have more time off than usual, like a week more
Cons
- The managment doesn´t take care of their people, they are not interested on them - Not easy promotion. To get a management position you have to passs a very burocratic and long process -Too much political stuff. A lot of decissions are taken more on department interest rather than on the company interest. - Big selling crisis at the moment (2008). Not the best moment if you want a seccure job
