      We are doing DDD, event storming, following devops filosophy and all with a lot of communication forming a well balanced team. Inclusive team with diversity as a priority in recruiting process. Bonus per referral (up to 3k)

      Cons

      You have the bad from a startup and also the bad from a big company (Volkswagen). Sometimes lots of things are not defined or you have to take care yourself (startup problems) and others simple process are so long and tedious with lots of burocracy (big company problems)
